Raymond Siliakus, Exhibition Manager of Europort,
says, “These Masterclasses are a ‘must-attend’ part
of the event. In just three hours you get to learn
about the key research and development initiatives
that are going on within the industry from a select
panel of speakers chosen for their unique,
specialist knowledge.”
Each Masterclass costs €99 to attend. However,
Europort can offer a special discounted price of
€325 for those attending all four sessions, while
full-time students can benefit from a special rate of
€25 per Masterclass. Places are strictly limited to
75 per Masterclass, so it is vital to register early.
The registration for the Masterclasses is part of the
Europort 2017 registration procedure, during which
you will be asked if you are interested in attending
one of these events. This enables you to book
directly online at the same time as registering to
attend Europort 2017.
The hugely popular Masterclass programme, a joint initiative between Rotterdam Ahoy and Netherlands Maritime
Technology, is once again a key part of the Europort experience. On each day of the event an inspiring Masterclass will
cover a different industry issue, that is both topical and highly relevant for ship owners, operators and suppliers.
MAKING A
MARIMATCH
With a clear focus on innovation, the event
offers attendees the opportunity to make new
international contacts which could form the basis
for future partnerships aimed at technology
development.
After registering with the MariMatch 2017 event
at Europort, and setting out their organisational
focus and requirements regarding collaborations,
participants can schedule meetings with other
registered parties. Alternatively, they might
themselves be invited to a meeting by potential
partners. On arrival at Europort participants will
receive a schedule setting out the time and place
of each meeting.
Enterprise Europe Network, which is holding
this brokerage event in conjunction with Europort,
helps businesses innovate and grow on an
international scale. It is the world’s largest support
network for small and medium-sized enterprises
(SMEs) with international ambitions, and is active
in more than 60 countries worldwide.
MariMatch 2017, organised by the Enterprise Europe Network, is an international
‘matchmaking’ event for companies and organisations active in the maritime
sector, who are looking for new business opportunities or research partners.
